Job Description:
• Deployment and support of the PM related processes and tools.
• Gather and manage requests for tools support (incidents).
• Support for PM concept and system in use phase.
• Maintain local, global and area documentation related to PM tools and processes.
• Communicate system changes to user community.
• Monitoring of system data consistency.
• Maintain user accounts and rights in PM Tools.
• Create project reports based on specifications from project users.
• Contribute and assist with user acceptance testing.
