Job Responsibilities
Education Administrator at ICLT is responsible for
- Assisting the Director of Studies and the teachers of the company;
- Monitoring student and teacher attendance;
- Dealing with financial issues, such as collection of fees from students and provision of salaries to the teachers;
- Providing translation and interpretation between English-Armenian languages as requested;
- Dealing with routine correspondence, including answering telephone and email enquiries;
- Creating and editing office documents;
- Providing logistical/ administrative support to the office (organizing conferences, seminars, workshops, trainings, arranging meetings, making travel arrangements, etc.);
- Undertaking any other relevant duties that may be assigned by the DoS.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant university degree;
- Excellent knowledge of English, Armenian and Russian languages;
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel, Email, Internet
- Warm, communicable and innovative personality
